Artificial intelligence is one of today’s most important technological transformations, but it will not be the last. Our mission extends beyond today’s AI systems to the technologies, careers, opportunities, and challenges of tomorrow — including those that have not yet been invented.
Futuracy brings together four core areas:

Futuracy is designed to be more than a static collection of articles. Its technology can help research emerging developments, review existing educational material, create new resources, and update existing content as meaningful information changes.
That allows the Futuracy knowledge environment to continue expanding and evolving as technologies, skills, careers, and industries change.
At the center of that environment is the Futuracy AI Guide, providing conversational access to Futuracy’s educational knowledge 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Students, educators, professionals, parents, career changers, and lifelong learners can ask questions and explore connections across Tools, Skills, Careers, and Future Readiness without needing to know exactly where to begin.
Futuracy does not believe AI has to replace educators, counselors, librarians, advisors, administrators, career professionals, or other experts to be useful.
It can work alongside them.
Educational institutions can determine how AI fits into their environment — from providing 24/7 supplemental guidance to helping users navigate approved information or supporting content management behind the scenes.
People provide professional judgment, experience, empathy, expertise, and accountability.
AI can provide accessibility, consistency, automation, and scale.

Futuracy is intentionally perpetual in nature. Today’s transformation is artificial intelligence. Tomorrow’s may be something entirely different. The technologies people are discussing twenty or thirty years from now may not even have names today. Futuracy does not need to predict all of them.
It needs to be capable of learning about them, teaching them, connecting them to skills and careers, and helping people prepare when they arrive.
There will always be another technology.
